MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

• Potential applicants must be anyone who is considered legal age at least 18 years of age at the time of application.

• The rent-to-own program is open to accepting any immigration status in Canada as we believe that everyone deserves to live in a safe and decent place to live.

• At least one applicant or co-applicant(s) must be employed full-time or full-time-equivalent, meaning multiple part-time jobs. As long as they can support the monthly payments.

• At least one applicant or co-applicant(s) must have at least 3 years of employment history in Canada.

• Applicant and co-applicant(s) must be first-time homebuyers currently living in rental housing.

• There is no limit to the number of homeowner applicants and co-owners.

• Applicant and co-applicant(s) cannot afford to purchase a home through the conventional market.

• We are open to applicants facing challenging financial situations, such as bankruptcies, discharged or not yet discharged, consolidations or consumer proposals are all welcome to apply. This is the toughest time of their life, and they need someone by their side to believe and trust them again, for them to be able to bounce back and have a normal life.
