I, the undersigned applicant, confirm that I am of legal age in the province of execution of this agreement and accept the following Terms & Conditions:

1. For purposes of this agreement, MAHAJAN BUILDERS Inc. is referred to as “M-BUILDERS” and “M-BUILDERS Inc.” M-BUILDERS Inc. and its parent, subsidiaries, and affiliates may be referred to herein collectively as the “M-BUILDERS Inc.”

2. The information submitted in connection with my application to become an Independent Business Broker is complete, honest, and ethical. I agree to notify M-BUILDERS Inc. of any changes to such information within 3 days of the change strictly through email.

3. I acknowledge that I have received and understood the M-BUILDERS Independent Business Broker Agreement, including the Canadian Policies and Procedures and Compensation Plan, which are hereby incorporated into and made part of this M-BUILDERS Independent Business Broker Agreement by reference (collectively, the “Agreement”).

4. I acknowledge and agree that the Agreement will become a binding agreement in Canada, only upon acceptance by M-BUILDERS Inc. and that M-BUILDERS Inc. will firmly Notify me of acceptance of the agreement via email to the email address I submit with this Agreement.

5. I understand that M-BUILDERS Inc. has the right to accept or reject my application to become an Independent Business Broker at its sole discretion.

6. I acknowledge that there will be no refund of initial membership fees after the first 5 days of signing the agreement. If the Independent Business Broker decides to leave within the first 5 days of signing the agreement, a full refund of the initial membership fee will be processed within 48 hours and the agreement becomes null and void.

7. The agreement will be renewed after successfully completing the time period mentioned in the agreement and renewal of the agreement will be based on the sole discretion of M-BUILDERS Inc.

8. I understand that there is no requirement beyond entering into this agreement, the terms, and conditions mentioned in this agreement, and payment of the initial membership fee to become an Independent Business Broker. No other purchase of sales/training materials or other services are required to become an Independent Business Broker and any purchase of sales aids, training materials, or training is strictly voluntary.

9. Independent Business Brokers are compensated based on the successful sale of M-BUILDERS Inc. Services. Success as an M-BUILDERS Broker is based on the individual efforts and abilities of the Independent Business Broker, and no earnings, profits, or business Success are promised or guaranteed.

10. I acknowledge that no compensation is earned for the promotion of M-BUILDERS Inc. I also understand that if I choose to sponsor others to become Independent Business Brokers and participate in M-BUILDERS Inc. Compensation Plan, I will not receive any compensation whatsoever for the act of sponsoring or recruiting an Independent Business Broker and that I will be compensated based upon the Compensation plan provided to me with the agreement.

11. If I am executing this Agreement on behalf of a corporation, Limited Liability Company (LLC), Limited Liability Partnership (LLP), trust, or other entity, I represent that I have the authority to enter into such agreements for the entity and I agree that in addition to such representation, I will solely be responsible for the performance of all the duties and obligations described in the Agreement.

I have carefully and completely read this and fully understand the purpose, intent, and effect of these terms and conditions. I have voluntarily executed the agreement by action of my own free will.
